If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

To request a replacement, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once verified, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note:
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders are both eligible for replacement if the product is damaged or defective
